This past week we experienced a front door repair by your employees Ayden and Jeff. Because my husband and I each retired from executive careers, we know the value of exemplary employee service to customers, and wanted to pass on our compliments.
The repair team was on time, friendly and professional, and did the job well. We were very impressed with their levels of technical knowledge and skills. When I happened to share with them my earlier positive interactions with Saul in the front office, they were interested and clearly pleased. I explained that Saul had earlier responded to my December phone call with a picture of the silicone spray brand used by Synergy—it worked when cold winter storms threatened our front door security. When Saul later emailed me a YouTube video on adjusting door hinges, I decided to trust the pros to do it right.
