When I happened to share with them my earlier positive interactions with Saul in the front office, they were interested and clearly pleased. I explained that Saul had earlier responded to my December phone call with a picture of the silicone spray brand used by Synergy—it worked when cold winter storms threatened our front door security. When Saul later emailed me a YouTube video on adjusting door hinges, I decided to trust the pros to do it right.
