Kate brings more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry to Synergy Products. Her career has spanned multiple facets of the industry, from marketing and program management to strategic partnerships and association leadership. She spent over a decade working with local builder associations and leading programs across the Twin Cities, building strong relationships and helping shape initiatives that support builders, architects, and homeowners alike.

Kate’s deep knowledge of the residential construction market, combined with her passion for collaboration, makes her a key resource for clients and partners. She’s excited to help Synergy expand its partnerships and continue delivering exceptional products and service.

Outside of work, Kate and her husband stay busy with their four children and four grandchildren. When time allows, they love traveling—whether it’s a beach getaway, a scenic drive to the mountains, or a road trip to discover new music scenes.
