Chad brings over 20 years of diverse experience in the construction industry to Synergy Products. His passion for construction began at a young age, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather on various home renovation projects. “I don’t remember a time we ever had anyone else work on our house; we always did things ourselves,” Chad recalls.

After completing business school, Chad reconnected with his roots in construction, taking on a variety of roles including custom carpentry, project management, finance, operations, and partnership. His hands-on approach and wide-ranging expertise have been essential to his success in the industry.

Outside of work, Chad is a proud husband and father of three. When he’s not at a kids’ game or practice, you can find him at the gym, biking, hunting, or snowboarding.
