What We Offer

Our maintenance plans are designed to keep your windows and doors performing like new. Choose the level of care that best fits your home, from annual checkups to seasonal tune-ups and product education.

Annual Maintenance Plan

  • One maintenance visit per year 
  • 10% discount on labor on follow-up service

Bi-Annual Maintenance Plan

  • Two maintenance visits per year (fall and spring), including seasonal adjustments of operable units
  • 10% off labor plus 10% off parts

New Home Orientation

  • One hour walkthrough with a Synergy technician
  • Learn how to care for and operate your windows and doors with confidence
  • Perfect for homeowners moving into a home with Synergy-installed products

What's Included in Each Visit

Services are performed by our in-house technicians on any windows or doors installed by Synergy Products. 

Visual Inspection

Inspect wood and metal components for damage, deterioration, or discoloration*

Check glass for cracks, seal failures, hazing, or defects

Assess glazing for gaps, shrinkage, or deterioration

Examine weatherstripping and door seals for wear or damage

Operational Tune-Up

Clear debris from frames and tracks to restore smooth function 

Clean and lubricate locks, gear mechanisms, and glide tracks per manufacturer specs 

Adjust hardware for proper seal contact and effortless operation 

Test deadbolts and locking features for security** 

Follow-Up Report

After each visit, you’ll receive a detailed report by email, including: 

Issues identified during inspection

Adjustments performed 

Recommended replacement parts, if needed

Guidance to minimize future warranty or service issues

* Manufacturer warranties do not cover painting or staining of replacement components. 
** Excludes electronic home security systems.
