They will also share how on-going marketing and sales touches produce client loyalty, referrals, and larger revenue per client.

The discussion will focus on the three core components of a nurturing strategy:

1) Content: key messages, ideas, information that is appropriate for the market segments.

2) Channels: pathways for sharing information and engaging in conversation.

3) Consistency: frequency and timing of touches for prospects and customers.
